About Spine33 Rehab

Built by a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Designed around your life.

Why 33?

The human spine contains 33 vertebrae. At Spine33 Rehab, that number is not just our name. It is our purpose. Every evaluation we perform, every treatment plan we build, and every patient we serve is devoted entirely to one thing: understanding, rehabilitating, and protecting the spine.

We chose this name because we wanted our patients to know something important from the very first moment they encounter our brand. We are not a generalist practice that treats everything. We are spine specialists. This is all we do. And we built our entire practice around doing it exceptionally well.

Founder, Spine33 Rehab

Dr. Connor Sheeks is a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy with a passion for spine rehabilitation and a belief that expert physical therapy should be accessible to everyone, regardless of their schedule, location, or insurance plans. He founded Spine33 Rehab around a simple belief: that the most effective tools in spine rehabilitation do not require a clinic. Education, movement, and consistency are what drive lasting recovery, and those three things can be delivered just as powerfully through a screen as they can across a treatment table. Telehealth is not a compromise. For the right patient, it is the better option.

Most patients never get told this: The overwhelming majority of back and neck conditions can be rehabilitated fully without ever setting foot in a clinic. What actually drives recovery is not equipment or a treatment table. It is expertise, a precise plan, and the commitment to execute it. Spine33 Rehab was built on that truth.

That belief is the foundation of everything at Spine33 Rehab. The goal was never to create patients who depend on a physical therapist indefinitely, it was to create people who no longer need one. Every session is designed to transfer knowledge and confidence directly to you so that you understand your spine, trust your body, and have the tools to manage your own health for life. True recovery is not measured by how many times you come back. It is measured by the day you realize you do not need to.
